Organizational Climate Survey facilitates organizational change by assessing, benchmarking and improving overall performance.  The goal of the survey is to assess the general working climate, particularly in the area of management and employee relations, and to identify non-salary ways to improve the working climate. 

360-Degree Appraisal is a process in which employees evaluate themselves on a set of criteria, their manager evaluates them, as do their peers and direct reports. The employee receives a gap analysis detailing how they perceive themselves versus how others perceive them. One-on-one coaching sessions are utilized to guide the development process.

HR Audit is a diagnostic tool to asses whether the HR function is delivering its mandate & roles. It is a process of examining policies, procedures, documentation, systems, and practices with respect to an organization’s HR functions. Its purpose is to evolve the HR function to a level where it’s full potential to support the organization’s mission and objectives can be realized.
